The G TERLATO shoes are a high quality high end designer collection. “WORKS OF ART” so care is paramount when wearing & storing shoes.

Being mindful of the high quality fine leather, fine suede, pure silks & hand embellishments used, care is essential.

When putting on the shoes awareness is necessary partially of strung beads, hand embellished anklets with diamante buckles, fine suede lace ups, magnetic clips & zips should be handled & worn with care.

When storing the G TERLATO shoe please use the dust bags provided & place in box as this protects your product against damaged.

How can I track my order?

All our Products are sent via Australia Post eParcel, this includes full tracking, insurance, sign on delivery and guarantee you receive your item.

Do you have a refund/exchange policy?

We are happy to exchange and refund any shoe within Australia with all postage & handling paid by G TERLATO PTY LTD. International orders need to handle their own postage & handling of all goods returned.

All returns & exchanges must be mailed or dispatched within 14 days of receiving goods. Failure to do either will result in no exchange or refund.

If shoes are returned with any obvious signs of wear including toe marks, the shoe will be considered unsellable and will be returned to you without refund or exchange.

Our fine leather signature high gloss soles show wear easily when worn on hard surfaces, so please test shoes on carpet only.

Satin or suede open-toe shoes will immediately show toe marks if protective hosiery is not worn.

Only your toes need to be protected.

We suggest leaving your heel bare to give you a better idea of how the shoe will feel without hose. As a precaution, consider washing your feet prior to trying on these shoes, especially if you have been outdoors wearing open-toe shoes.
